Website Review problem from a major company

I tried to join internet.com today, at a major Forum.  The error was the promised box with the security word was not visable, so did not matter if you tried 2 or 3 times, you could never register. There was the message, "Registration denied, this forum runs an active policy of not allowing spammers. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page link if you believe this is in error"

In effect you could never register. Does your site work the way you planed? Have you lost customers because you did not have an independent website audit done within the last 12 months.

Not all free website reviews are free

I contacted a company, very professional, that offered a free website review. As I provide this type of service, I thought to check out their claims.

They said and did all the right things, except they would do nothing without a phone number for their "Consultant" to contact me. Just checking their site I noticed their Google sitemap had not been up dated since 2009. Not very professional if their own site has problems.
